We all have a leftover skein or two in our stash and I know we are always looking for a way to use that lonely little skein without just making another dishcloth. So, we pulled together our best one skein crochet patterns for you to choose from. All of these use different yarns and are worked with just the one skein of yarn, so check them all out and see which ones you can use to finish off those single skeins you have!

1. Adjustable Boot Cuffs

This set crochets up really quickly using a bulky yarn. Adding the button and using a bulky yarn with this stitch allows you to adjust the boot cuff to the size that you need. You just need the one skein of a bulky yarn to make these stylish crochet boot cuffs.

2. Puff Pillow

Have you tried Bernat Blanket Velvet yet? Soft is just not descriptive enough to explain how this yarn feels!

Try out this cute crochet pillow cover and you may just end up cuddling the pillow all day. Again, just one skein of yarn!

This unique cowl is made with one skein of yarn and lined with a small piece of flannel or fleece.

So, super quick and super warm! Just what you need to whip up a last minute gift or to make for someone who has to be outside and needs protection for their neck and ears especially.

We love this fingerless mittens because they fit so well and keep even the base of your thumb cozy!

One skein to make two gloves and if you go with a bigger skein, you might even get two sets. They really don’t take a lot of yarn and are easy to make.
