2 skeins Skyline Horizon
Size K hook
Ch-1 sp: chain 1 space
SC: single crochet
DC: double crochet
* Repeat directions following * as many times as indicated.
Shell: 3 double crochets in ch-1 space.
Curly Sue Scarf Crochet Pattern
Row 1: Double crochet (DC) into 4th chain from hook, chain 1 (ch 1), DC into next chain, * ch 1, DC into next chain.* Repeat from * to * to last chain. Ch 3 and turn.
Row 2: Work 3 DC (Shell) into each ch-1 sp across ending with one DC into top of turning chain from previous row. Ch 3 and turn.
Row 3: *DC in each of next 3 DC (Shell), ch 1, DC into each of next 3 DC (Shell).* Repeat from * to * to last stitch. Ch 6 and turn.
Row 4: Single crochet (SC) into ch-1 sp, * ch 5, SC into next ch-1 sp.* Repeat from * to * to last stitch. Finish off and weave in ends.
Such a pretty detail!
As you can see in this photo, the yarn itself helps to create a striping effect. You can achieve this by using different colors of yarn too. Either way, this is a gorgeous look!
